Trees For Me and the Swedish Forest Agency co-arrange excursion days with a focus on the Norrland region, in Älta in the municipality of Nacka.
The Swedish Forest Agency and Trees For Me welcome you to an excursion day where you will learn more about continuous cover forestry, forest damage (with some focus on resin top disease and browsing), forest management and the importance of broadleaf forests, through three stations during the day.
The meeting will be held on both Saturday 18 April and Sunday 19 April with the same content and structure on both days. Register for the day that suits you best.
The meeting will be held outdoors all day and the Swedish Forest Agency will offer light refreshments at lunchtime. The walking distance during the day is approximately 2-3 km.
The meeting is primarily aimed at forest owners, but anyone who is interested is welcome to participate.
The meeting is free of charge and is held in Swedish.
